The ticket office closes 90 minutes before closing time. The ticket office and the starting point of the visit are located at the Hostalric Tourist Office.
From 1 January to 28 February: Monday to Sunday, from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Closed on 1 and 6 January.
From 1 March to 30 June: Monday to Sunday, from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., and Saturday afternoons (except public holidays), from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
From 1 July to 10 September: Monday to Saturday, from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.; Sundays and public holidays, from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
From 11 September to 31 October: Monday to Sunday, from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., and Saturday afternoons (except public holidays), from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Closed on 28 September.
From 1 November to 31 December: Monday to Sunday, from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Closed on 24, 25, 26 and 31 December.
