The agricultural landscape is dominant in this area, alongside small hills that pop up and where you can appreciate architectural elements such as&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.turismehostalric.cat\/en\/things-to-visit\/hostalric-castle\"><strong>Hostalric castle<\/strong><\/a>&nbsp;or Torcafell\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/ca.wikiloc.com\/rutes-senderisme\/hostalric-macanet-de-la-selva-patrimoni-i-natura-grans-camins-de-laigua-505854\"><strong>Hostalric to Ma\u00e7anet<\/strong><\/a>&nbsp;stretch is a magnificent combination of heritage and nature that allows you to discover the areas surrounding Hostalric and appreciate the oaks on the hills of Ma\u00e7anet. Along the way, you will come across curious elements such as the ice well, and&nbsp;<strong>Torcafell\u00f3 Castle<\/strong>. This route is classified as medium difficulty, just over&nbsp;<strong>11 km<\/strong>&nbsp;long and with a gradient of&nbsp;<strong>176 metres<\/strong>. The route is indicated with signposts and&nbsp;<strong>yellow and blue route markers<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/ca.wikiloc.com\/rutes-senderisme\/hostalric-riells-i-viabrea-propera-sortida-la-muntanya-grans-camins-de-laigua-505858\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Hostalric to Riells and Viabrea<\/a>&nbsp;stretchis a simple section of the Via Augusta trail that will take you across&nbsp;<strong>the Tordera river<\/strong>&nbsp;to Riells i Viabrea. From here, you can join the Northern Way towards Arb\u00facies and Montseny or even the&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/www.tourdera.cat\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>Tordera Trail<\/strong><\/a>&nbsp;towards Sant Celoni and Montseny. This is an easy route, just over&nbsp;<strong>8 km<\/strong>&nbsp;long with a gradient of&nbsp;<strong>46 metres<\/strong>.
