It\u2019s about <strong>33 metres tall and dates from the 13th century. <\/strong> The tower was so named because in front of it stood the Convent of the Minim Friars of Francis of Paola, which is now the town hall.<\/p>\n<p>A lift takes you up to the magnificent lookout point at the top of the three-storey tower. It gets its name from the convent of Pares M\u00edmins that was in front of it, the current town hall.
