The building is a versatile and functional space that combines history and innovation via the combination of shapes and materials. Located in the spectacular setting of old Can Llensa cork factory, right in the middle of the medieval quarters with spectacular views of the fortress, the medieval farmlands and the medieval quarters, the Domus Sent Soví Gastronomical Centre offers you a wide range of possibilities and experiences.
The building has three floors. The Ground Floor is the visitor greeting point. The glass façades stand out, allowing visitors to marvel at the different interior landscapes of this floor from any point (shop area and the workshop) and the views of the exterior landscapes (the square, Hostalric’s medieval hub and the fortress).
The auditorium is situated on the Lower Ground Floor, a space which can be adapted to any type of conference or live cookery demonstration. It can seat up to 75 people.
Finally, the eating area is on the First Floor, which opens out onto a terrace with views of the Montnegre mountain range and the fortress. This is an ideal space for cookery workshops, tasting sessions or renting out.
